At Dyscalculia Tutoring, we specialize in helping students who learn and think differently build lasting math confidence—starting with exactly the right level of support.

Our mission is simple: to rebuild your child’s math foundation using multi-sensory, strengths-based, and evidence-informed instructional methods that actually make sense to their brain.

We tailor every session to your child’s unique strengths, learning profile, and pace—so they don’t just memorize steps, they understand the “why” behind the math.

We start with a diagnostic assessment to understand your child’s current skill level and learning needs. From there, we create a personalized learning plan using our proven Neurodiverse Math Mastery Method™:

Your 12-Week Enrollment Includes:

✅ Kickoff Call with Tutor (pre-assessment + tech check)

Before the program begins, your child will meet their tutor, complete a pre-assessment, and do a tech check.
- Sets the tone for a strong relationship and smooth start
- Your child begins with confidence—and you’ll feel reassured from day one

✅ 2 Small-Group Live Sessions/Week (4–6 students)

Engaging, small-group sessions (4–6 students) delivered live via LessonSpace.
- Students get individualized attention in a collaborative setting
- Your child feels seen, supported, and part of a safe learning community

✅ Weekly Homework + Individualized Feedback

One meaningful assignment per week with personalized feedback focused on clarity and progress.
- Reinforces learning between sessions without overwhelm
- Your child experiences success at home—not just in class

✅ Post-Session Email Updates for Parents

After every session, you’ll receive an email from your child’s tutor summarizing what was covered and how it went.
- Keeps you informed and connected to your child’s progress

✅ Pre/Post Assessment + 1-on-1 Progress Review

We begin with a baseline snapshot and measure your child’s growth across the 12 weeks—not to highlight what’s missing, but to celebrate how far they’ve come. At the end of the program, you’ll meet 1-on-1 with our Director of Enrollment to review their progress and discuss next steps.
- Our assessments and progress tracking focus on gains, not gaps
- You’ll walk away with a clear picture of what your child can now do—and how to keep the momentum going

✅ Student Materials (mailed to you: manipulatives or digital tablet depending on level)

Each student receives hands-on tools tailored to their level, that may include a multi-sensory manipulatives kit and/or a drawing tablet:
- Aligned with how neurodiverse learners absorb and express math
- Your child interacts more deeply with concepts using tactile or visual tools that make sense to them

🔷 Tech Requirements

Your child will need a computer or iPad with a working mic and camera

🚫 School-issued Chromebooks do not work well with our software.

🚫 The drawing tablet is not compatible with an iPad.

🔷 Can We Keep Going After the Program Ends?

Most families do! Our ongoing monthly program includes:

Continued weekly instruction
Quarterly Parent Huddles
Drop-in Office Hours
Same small group & tutor when possible
$600/month, cancel anytime with notice by the 25th
